We are using a tubular furnace from the Maxon system, and it keeps shutting down on its own without any apparent reason. There are alarms indicating issues with the gas pressure, but the gas pressure is actually not low. Moreover, the furnace shuts down in an irregular manner. Please advise, experts!

I haven’t used the American combustion system, and I personally think there’s a higher possibility of electrical problems. It is recommended to have technical personnel from the electrical or instrumentation field perform a system inspection, focusing on checking the primary components (such as clearing the sampling tubes of pressure sensors) and the grounding of signal cables.

The burners in our furnace are arranged in a circular pattern. There is no significant fluctuation in the gas pressure before the furnace shuts down. Generally speaking, the colder it is, the more often the furnace shuts down; however, it also shuts down frequently when the temperature is above 0 degrees Celsius. Over the past month, it has mostly shut down between 5 and 7 in the morning
