Find the heating rate of heat transfer oil

Our company has a heat transfer oil system, and during heating, the rate of temperature increase is not consistent. Are there any regulations or procedures related to this? Thank you to my classmates for their help! :)
What is the heating method? Is it an electric heating element? Is there a mixer?
There are no strict requirements regarding the heating rate of heat transfer oil; as long as boiling out does not occur during the heating process, that is sufficient. Boiling out usually happens due to the presence of water in the heat transfer oil.
Is yours mineral oil or synthetic oil? Whatever the model, as long as it doesn’t cause boiling over, that’s fine – it has to be safe! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! !

This is a production operation issue: the heating rate of the heat transfer oil must not be too fast, otherwise it may cause the gases present in the heat transfer oil (those resulting from its decomposition or those entrained within it) to expand rapidly. In severe cases, this can lead to expansion and deformation of the jacket – lessons learned from our painful experiences.
