In contrast, the evaporator used in the waste heat recovery and energy-saving project is compact in size and occupies minimal space. It becomes very important; according to on-site surveys, there is some space between the boiler itself and the air preheater, and this issue can be resolved by raising the equipment to make use of that space. The device has a compact structure, which greatly relaxes the installation requirements for the site where it is installed. 2) The flue of the heat pipe evaporator (or hot water heater) is of a straight-through type, with a large cross-sectional area for smoke flow; as a result, the smoke flow velocity is low, the smoke resistance is small, and the drop in smoke temperature is significant. When smoke at a lower temperature enters the water film dust collector, less water vapor is generated. Overall, it reduced the load on the induced draft fan and improved its operating conditions. 3) The system is equipped with a bypass flue and transfer dampers; in the event of a fault, the transfer dampers are closed while the bypass flue is activated, allowing smoke to flow normally without affecting the proper operation of the heat transfer oil boiler. The 4-system is equipped with automatic control functions; it is a fully automated device that requires no manual operation, making it safe and reliable. 5) A flue gas baffle is installed at the inlet of the energy-saving boiler to ensure that all flue gas passes through the equipment, thereby achieving the best heat exchange efficiency. There are multiple dust removal doors, and gravity-based automatic dust removal hoppers are manufactured to specific requirements based on the actual conditions on site; these hoppers enable thorough dust removal from all directions, reducing dust emissions and contributing to environmental protection
