Everyone, as for a technical and quality control supervisor in an installation company, what are the advantages and disadvantages of having such a role?
It is recommended not to do this. Because when technology work and quality inspection are carried out simultaneously, one will be neglected at the expense of the other.
It depends on the amount of work; if you’re busy enough, you can assign one person in charge.
