Is there any relationship between the maximum operating condition and the normal operating condition?
Normal operating conditions refer to the process scenarios with the longest operating time and highest frequency; they are generally determined during the initial design based on the characteristics of the raw materials. The maximum operating condition refers to the highest capacity at which a device or equipment can operate/produce, which is an increase of a certain percentage on top of the normal operating condition, usually 10%. The purpose of such settings is to take into account factors such as load fluctuations and increased production; it is necessary to design the size of equipment and the load conditions based on the maximum operating conditions.
Generally, it is 1.1 to 1.2 times that of the normal operating condition under maximum operating conditions
