Fine white particles suspended in the gasifier

This post was last edited by jingxuliang on 2011-1-19 at 10:35. The fine powder produced by the vaporization furnace contains many small white particles; what could those be? Just starting out, seeking help. . . It would be best if that book or some literature covers it? ?

It is estimated that the gasification unit used by the poster is not of the Texaco type. Does the \"two cyclones\" mentioned by the poster refer to secondary cyclone separators? It’s best to clarify which gasification technology it is
It comes from the secondary cyclone separator; in the literature, it is referred to as semi-coke fine powder. .
I’m working with Shell’s gasification process; I suspect it might be fly ash
White is fully burned coal dust, or minerals such as sand mixed in with the coal
