The steam traps of urea evaporation heaters often experience steam leakage, to varying degrees in most cases. The heater in the urea evaporation system uses medium-pressure saturated steam; it is recommended to install a level tank for automatic level control in order to prevent steam leakage and achieve economical operation by saving steam.
Go back upstairs. The steam used for evaporation and heating is usually by-product low-pressure steam, at around 0.35–0.45.
