I want to work in a design institute; is this level of education sufficient?

The girl is worried about having children in the future and doesn’t want to work at a chemical plant for a long time. I have been working in design at a chemical plant for 8 months now; with this level of education, can I work in a design institute?

Design institutes aren’t actually that sacred; it’s quite simple – just being familiar with various regulations and having a bit of experience is enough. Keep learning and asking questions!

Is the poster graduating this year too? I study applied chemistry and work in process development at a small company; I haven’t learned anything there – I just spend my time tightening screws. I have no idea what goes on with design work in factories
