Differences between electric compressors and steam-driven compressors

In many installations, the new hydrogen compressors use electric motors to drive reciprocating pumps, while the hydrogen circulation pumps use steam turbines. What considerations are taken into account in terms of design? How to decide whether to use pneumatic or electric power?
Make it number a few, I’ll come and check it in a bit. It seems to be the same with hydrogenation.
