Recently, while debugging a project, I found that the electromagnetic flowmeter installed was showing extremely volatile readings, sometimes reaching 50% of its full scale. After checking for a long time, it was discovered that the liquid used for testing empty vehicles was deionized water, which caused this result. The problem was solved after switching to tap water. Therefore, when there is a problem with an electromagnetic flowmeter, the first thing to check is whether the fluid meets the design requirements. A little lesson to share with everyone.
