What are the precautions for installing process burners?
Do you have a Texaco furnace or a four-nozzle furnace? The installation methods for these two are different; before installation, the gaskets and similar components must be degreased to an appropriate standard. The Texaco furnace is relatively simple; it’s sufficient to create a certain negative pressure mainly when disassembling and assembling the burner, to prevent the flame from shooting up and causing burns. For the four nozzles, a negative pressure must also be established. During installation, unified command is required; the installation should be carried out based on the readings of the negative pressure gauge to ensure that it is done under slightly negative pressure conditions. After the initial installation, use vernier calipers to measure the gap, ensuring the accuracy of the installation.
