For the DN50 pipeline carrying deionized water, I would like to use electric heating for insulation. I’m wondering about the price of such heating strips and how to select them; please help.
Reply to 1# Cao Qingqing: Provide information such as the medium temperature, ambient temperature, insulation thickness and material, as well as the temperature control requirements, and then find an electric heat tracing manufacturer to help with the calculations. Or select based on the electric heat tracing product samples.

Thank you all. The heat transfer medium is desalinated water at room temperature; the pipeline diameter is 50 mm, with an ambient temperature of around -16 degrees Celsius. This year, the temperature usually ranges from -2 to -10 degrees Celsius. A insulation thickness of 50 mm is sufficient to prevent freezing. Also, I’m not sure about the price of the belt.
