In the case of a screw compressor, the prerequisite for manual loading is to wait until the oil temperature reaches above 30°C, and then adjust the opening degree of the slide valve based on the inlet pressure of the chiller and the temperature required by the process gas. The slide valve can be switched to automatic mode only after the load reaches over 50%, the process system is operating stably, and the inlet pressure is stable.
