I would like to ask you all a few questions: Our factory currently uses sulfuric acid metering pumps to deliver 98% and 105% sulfuric acid into the washing tower. However, these pumps are not reliable at present, and their maintenance frequency is very high. If we want to make improvements, what type of pumps should be used and how should the process be modified?

I’m not sure what type of metering pump you are using; if it is a hydraulic diaphragm metering pump, the hydraulic oil side of the pump head can be vented at regular intervals. If it is caused by corrosion, the material can be changed.
