Dear experts, I would like to ask you a few questions: Currently, our factory uses sulfuric acid metering pumps to pump 98% and 105% sulfuric acid into the scrubber tower. However, at present, these pumps are unstable in operation, and their maintenance rate is excessively high. If we wish to make improvements, what type of pumps should we choose, and how should we modify the process?
What type of metering pump are you using: plunger-type, diaphragm-type, or something else?

What is the acid concentration inside the scrubber tower? Is it necessary to mix 98% sulfuric acid with 105% sulfuric acid? Can I use an acid? A centrifugal pump for transfer is fine.
