What is the typical cost for circulating cooling water treatment? How much do the daily operating costs amount to per ton?
The approach suggested by the original poster isn’t very scientific; if we still insist on expressing it this way, here is a rough calculation: taking a system with a circulation rate of 10,000 tons per hour and a water storage volume of 3,000 tons as an example, with a temperature difference of 6°C and a concentration factor of 4, the annual cost is around 250,000 to 500,000 yuan, which means the cost per ton of water is 2.5 to 5 yuan per ton per year. I’m not sure if this answer will satisfy the original poster.
I forgot to include the cost of the circulation pump upstairs; the electricity bill amounts to around 400,000 per year.
How is the cost per ton of circulating water calculated? Is it the cost of chemicals divided by the water circulation volume? I don’t think it makes much sense; looking forward to answers from experts
