I’m having trouble blowing off the sulfur dioxide dissolved in the dry acid; can someone help me solve this?
Pay attention to acid temperature, acid concentration, and flue gas temperature
If it is circulated within the system, there is no need to blow it out; however, if it needs to be sent outside the system, an absorption tower must be added to remove SO2. Otherwise, the escaping SO2 will corrode equipment and pollute the environment.
The blowout tower is set up such that the dried acid stream goes directly to the absorption tank and the upper blowout tower, while the blowout gas is directed to the main pipeline at the inlet of the drying tower
