What is the difference between GPC and GC? Thank you!
GPC is the abbreviation for Gel Permeation Chromatography (Size Exclusion Chromatography), which is a type of gel-based liquid chromatography； I won’t mention GC!

GPC, or gel permeation chromatography, is a method for separating and analyzing macromolecules based on the retention effects of different pore sizes in the stationary phase； GC, gas chromatography, is used for the separation and detection of gases or volatile substances based on the distribution between gas and liquid or gas and solid phases. To put it simply, the difference between them is that GPC has an extra ‘P’ compared to GC.
