Ningbo Heyuan Chemical Co., Ltd. is a dynamic private chemical enterprise founded in March 2010; its factory is located in the Ningbo Chemical Industry Zone in Zhenhai, Zhejiang. During the project construction phase, process operators work 40 hours per week; once the plant is operational, a four-shift two-shift rotation system is implemented.
