I currently possess a biodiesel production technique that has reached a relatively mature stage, and I hope to improve it by increasing the yield of the product. I would appreciate any advice from those who are familiar with this technology! How can early esterification accelerate the esterification rate? Currently, the fastest we can achieve it is in about 4 hours! The main problem now is that the yield at the later stage is too low! Where is the main problem? Please give some advice!
Nothing has been made clear. How can I explain it to you? The raw materials, the reaction method, whether ester exchange is involved, distillation, and so on

Reply to 2# chjj102938: I use acidified oil as my raw material, and semi-finished products are obtained through esterification; the oil content in these semi-finished products can reach 90%. However, the yield of premium products is not high!
