I agree with what was said on the 4th floor; the core of the small balls should be salt particles. This kind of situation has occurred in our company before – the small balls obtained showed, upon analysis, an ammonium chloride layer on their surface with salt particles as their core. Taking other indicators into account and after further analysis, it is believed that the wear of the impeller in the axial flow pump may have led to an insufficient circulation rate in the crystallizer, causing the slurry layer to move downward and creating convective circulation within that layer, which in turn provided the conditions for granulation.
