What are the steps for learning ASPEN PLUS?

I’m seeking advice from experienced ASPEN users: My new job requires me to use ASPEN for process simulation, but I still don’t know how to learn this software. Back when I was learning CAD, I managed to figure it out through trial and error. But now that I have work experience, my boss won’t allow me to make mistakes. I’ve watched the video tutorials provided by Daqing Jinqiao, but they seem too general. Today, I encountered a process with several circulating streams, and I was completely stuck – I couldn’t determine the initial values, and no matter how many times I tried to adjust them, it didn’t work. There’s a lot of information about ASPEN available online, but I don’t know how to choose the right resources to learn from. Please advise me :dizzy: :dizzy: :dizzy:
