The GB grade is 0Cr18Ni9. 316—The second most widely used steel grade after 304, mainly used in the food industry and surgical instruments; molybdenum is added to it to confer a special corrosion-resistant structure. In short, 316L has the best corrosion resistance, while 321 can operate at the highest temperatures in ordinary media (those without strong corrosivity); the other grades come next. In the presence of corrosive media, 316L is the best choice. In any case, the difference in temperature is not very significant.
