After driving for over 2 months, the current efficiency is below 96%, which seems a bit low. I hope to exchange ideas using the same electrolyzer. ， ， -
We are using Woody BM2.7 type electrolyzers, which have been in use for 5 years now. Two months after starting operation, the anode current efficiency was 98% and the cathode efficiency was 96%. If these values are low, it is necessary to check the concentration of the cathode solution, the pH of the anode solution, the purity of chlorine gas, as well as the hydrogen and oxygen content in the chlorine gas, and to conduct a thorough inspection of the electrolyzers.
There should be pinholes in the ion membrane issue
