Regarding the selection of trial design drawings for unit certification, it is specified that heat exchange, separation, storage, and reaction vessels are necessary; the standard only requires at least two sets of drawings per level for trial design. How should this be understood?
When renewing the certificate for our facility, this includes containers (including horizontal containers), heat exchangers, and towers.
There should be as many different types of containers as possible; we also had a fairly wide range of varieties for certification in the past

For the prototype products required for Certificate D, it’s sufficient to make one product each of carbon steel and stainless steel. For the carbon steel version, use it to create a gas storage tank; for the stainless steel version, use a stainless steel cylinder – no need to weld a cover on it either. . . . . (Mistake in reading. . We are referring to making certificates. Shy~)
We have just obtained the design certificates (D1, D2). Five prototype units of the product have been designed, one for each person, covering almost all cases. :) By material: carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum ; By container category: D1, D2. By container purpose: storage, separation, heat exchange, and reaction. The details are as follows: one aluminum liquid nitrogen storage tank D1, ---- for storage ; One carbon steel compressed air storage tank, D2 – for storage; one carbon steel fixed-plate heat exchanger (for oil and water), D1 – for heat exchange ; One stainless steel reactor for polymerization, D2 – for reaction; one carbon steel washing tower, D1 – for separation
For evidence collection, I had two units: of type D1 and D2. At that time, I made one unit of type 1 and one of type 2; that’s all, I didn’t make any more
