Is it better to control the flow rate of a blower with an inlet valve or with an outlet valve? I personally think it’s more convenient to be controlled by an outlet valve.
Traffic control essentially involves controlling the motor speed and valve operation, with direct control being possible through the outlet valve. But it would be better to use variable frequency control for the speed.
It should be the exit. The principle should be similar to that of a pump~~

Performance adjustment methods: adjustment types include constant pressure adjustment, constant flow adjustment, proportional adjustment, etc. Common adjustment methods: • Imported disc valves (or control valves) have the simplest structure, are cost-effective, and offer a certain range of adjustment. • The adjustment range of the inlet guide vanes (positive/negative pre-rotation) is large, offering good economic efficiency; a single stage is the most suitable option (multi-stage designs are complex). • Changing the diffuser blade installation angle can expand the range of stable operating conditions, but it does not alter the work done inside the impeller. • It offers the widest variable speed adjustment range and the best economic efficiency. It’s possible to adjust both the outlet and the inlet. The key is simple operation and compliance with the production process. Common adjustment methods: imported butterfly valve (digitally controlled), adjustable static blades (by changing angle), variable frequency adjustment (for small units).
