On January 24, 2011, Shaanxi Future Energy Chemical Co., Ltd. convened its first shareholders’ meeting, board of directors meeting, and supervisory board meeting; during these meetings, the company’s articles of association were approved, and the members of the company’s first board of directors and supervisory board were elected. The meeting appointed Li Weimin, Zhang Minglin, Sun Qiwen, Zhang Shengdong, Shi Chengzhong, Ni Xinghua, Yan Shike, and Zhong Xinrui as directors of Shaanxi Energy Chemical Co., Ltd. Li Wei presided over the first shareholders’ meeting and board of directors, stating that the Yulin region in Shaanxi is an important energy and chemical industry base under **’s plans. Implementing the Yankuang Yulin 1000,000 tons per year coal indirect liquefaction oil production pilot project is of great significance for **’s energy strategic security as well as for the development of the energy-intensive chemical industry base in northern Shaanxi. Following the preliminary preparations, Shaanxi Future Energy Chemical Co., Ltd., established with joint funding from Yankuang Group, Yanzhou Coal Industry, and Shaanxi Yanchang Petroleum (Group) Company, is now basically ready. The establishment of the new company provides a framework for the 1 million tons per year coal indirect liquefaction oil production pilot project at Yankuang Yulin, as well as for the transfer of the mining rights associated with the Jinchitan coal mine. It also creates a new platform for Yankuang Group to engage in the comprehensive development of coal resources in Yulin, Shaanxi. Li Weimin requested that the group company and the coal industry company, in accordance with the provisions of the \"Company Articles of Association\" and adhering to the principle of \"shared benefits and shared risks\", earnestly fulfill their rights and obligations as shareholders. They should make use of the industrial, technical, and talent advantages in coal mining and production, coal liquefaction, and coal chemical processing to fully support the independent operation and healthy development of Shaanxi Future Energy Chemical Co., Ltd. The new company should take this meeting as a new starting point: it must set clear timelines, assign responsibilities, strengthen measures, and expedite the procedures for transferring mining rights and obtaining project approvals. It should strive to get the Jinqitan Coal Mine and the coal-to-oil project off the ground at an early date, so that they can start generating benefits promptly and the company can reward its shareholders with sound operating results. At the meeting, the directors of the first board of directors and the supervisors of the supervisory board were elected through a recorded vote.* Li Weimin was elected as the chairman of the first board, while Sun Qiwen served as the vice chairman and general manager of the company; Ms. Wang Xia was appointed as the company’s financial director. . I won’t say anything; let’s give a thumbs up first! Substantial progress has finally been made in Yankuang’s coal-to-oil project.
Develop new energy sources to drive economic growth!
Accelerate the procedures for mineral rights transfer and project approval. The project hasn’t been approved yet, but coal-based enterprises working together may become a trend in the development of coal-to-oil production.
Hehe, everyone wants a share of this coal-to-oil business; it’s unclear who will be the ultimate winner
Reply to 5# heiyanyeye: It must be Shenhua:victory:
The likelihood of project approval being difficult is high
I don’t know when it will be approved
Shenhua is also preparing for the Yulin MTO project; it seems that the coal chemical industry in Yulin is on the verge of collapse, haha
