Sorry, the company’s computer can only be used to type in English; the request for help is as follows: Why is the required temperature set at ≤ 10°C? What are the consequences if the temperature exceeds 10°C? For offshore natural gas platforms, the required hydrocarbon dew point of the sold gas is specified as ≤ 50°F (≤ 10°C) in the Process Design Basis and Process Description.
Reply 1# frankqhw The higher the dew point, the more water is present in the mixture; therefore, the downstream processing needs to remove this excess water.
We should consider installing a set of safety valves when the temperature exceeds 10°!
