Recently, after the regeneration of the brine resin tower was completed and brine replacement was finished, samples showed high levels of calcium and magnesium; please help analyze this issue. On-site situation ; 1. During brine replacement, the calcium + magnesium level is between 25-40 ppb. But after regeneration, it is between 4-7 ppb for calcium + magnesium. 2. Upon meeting the requirements: full analysis of primary refined brine and full analysis of secondary refined brine (indicators in ppb): Nickel 70 180, Barium 30 15, Silicon 2000 1500, Manganese 10 3, Iron 20 30, Magnesium 5 1.2, Calcium 500 15, Aluminum 350 30, Strontium 1200 32.3. The diameter of the resin tower is 2.2 m, and its height is 1.5 m. Use Shanghai Huashen D403. 4. The peak pH values of the resin column are 1.03N and 0.9N. 5. Approximately 0.25 kg of resin is washed out during the first regeneration, while 1 kg of resin is washed out during subsequent regenerations. Please help analyze this, fellow sailors. Thank you -
