In pressure swing adsorption hydrogen production units, what type of adsorbent is commonly used? Which company is better? How much is it? Does my company want to make a replacement?
The earliest adsorbents used for hydrogen storage were generally 5A zeolite molecular sieves, with binders added to form them into spherical or rod-shaped particles. Modern molecular sieves continue to see improved performance, with less binder used, resulting in a significant increase in the gas production per unit weight of adsorbent. Our company currently has its own factory for producing modified adsorbents, which exhibit excellent performance. These adsorbents are used in various hydrogen production systems as well as in the renovation of existing hydrogen production units, and their price is lower than that of similar products available domestically and internationally.
