The steam condenser (the tube side) has just been physically cleaned, but the temperature difference in the circulation water of the condenser remains low; the temperature of the condensate tank is 102 degrees, and the liquid seal does not function properly – steam is also escaping from the condenser. Could it be that the return water flow to the condenser is blocked, or is there a problem with the shell side?
Open the pipe end to check if the shell side is dirty.
Possible reasons are as follows: 1. Check whether there is air blockage in the circulating water and perform venting at the highest point; 2. Verify that the condensate discharge pipe is unobstructed; 3. Check if the circulating water pipeline is blocked; 4. Determine whether the extractor is related to the problem
