Hello everyone, white carbon black with a fineness of 300 mesh or finer needs to be washed with acid and then cleaned and dried. Currently, we use centrifuges for washing and rotary dryers for drying, but this results in a very low yield of finished products. Is there any suitable equipment for the production of fine powders? Please recommend some options; thank you!

Could the washing with a centrifuge be replaced by washing and filtering using a sand-core funnel, and the rotary dryer be replaced with a muffle furnace for drying?
