Treatment of arsenic-containing waste residues and ores

The ore contains 28 parts per million of arsenic and 20 to 25 grams of gold per unit weight. I intend to build a plant for removing arsenic through thermal processes, but I am not sure what equipment will be needed or how much capital is required. For the pyrometallurgical treatment of high-arsenic ores, it is estimated that meeting environmental protection requirements will be very challenging.
I am from the Institute of Metallurgical New Materials at the Northwest Institute of Mining and Metallurgy. We have carried out a lot of work on the recovery of secondary resources from arsenic. Could you send us samples weighing 1–5 kg? We can then develop a process for you so that we can estimate the investment costs!
Could flotation be carried out first, followed by pyrometallurgical arsenic removal?
