There’s no special method; it’s just the usual approach. 1. The selected equipment is corrosion-resistant. 2. Dynamic and static seals reduce leakage. 3. Maintain equipment cleanliness; address any leaks promptly and ensure they are completely resolved.
We have also been troubled by this issue for a long time. In my opinion, the main purpose is to prevent corrosion caused by sulfuric acid leaks; moreover, lining carbon steel pipes with PE can effectively prevent corrosion. The concentration of sulfuric acid used in the equipment must be maintained at an appropriate level, as lower concentrations can lead to more severe corrosion.
