How does the coal hopper of an Ende furnace solve the problem of caked coal?

Our plant’s oxygen-enriched Ende powder coal gasifier has a capacity of 20,000 liters per hour, and its coal storage tank has a volume of 120 liters. During production, especially in winter, coal often clumps at the bottom of the coal hopper. This frequently leads to gas leakage during handling, and even fires; on multiple occasions, it has resulted in gas poisoning among workers involved in the handling process. (Lignite has a high moisture content; even after drying in winter, the amount of moisture reduced very little.) ； Opening a larger hole at the bottom of the coal hopper does not provide a complete solution; I wonder if there are any other ways to fully resolve this issue. ）
It’s sad; after such a long time since it was posted, no one has been able to solve this problem.
Reply to 2# 3968668: Don’t be pessimistic; there are already few people involved in pulverized coal fluidized bed gasification. The “mediator” you mentioned – I believe it refers to a “bridge”. I think the main reason is that in winter, the temperature is low; after the coal powder dries, the heat it carries condenses, resulting in some moisture, which is akin to frozen soil. Additionally, in the coal hopper cone, injecting fluidization gas in an annular pattern and in pulses can effectively break up bridges.
