What kind of paint should be used for over 200 degrees? Can inorganic zinc be used?
At such high temperatures, there must be an insulating layer; applying an inorganic zinc-rich primer will suffice.
As far as I know, silicone also has excellent heat resistance, making it a worthy recommendation; perhaps it’s just a bit expensive
The iron red silicone heat-resistant primer + aluminum powder silicone heat-resistant topcoat can also withstand temperatures over 200 degrees

After rust removal from the surface by spraying or jetting: an epoxy heat-resistant primer is used, with a thickness of 40 microns per layer; an epoxy heat-resistant topcoat is used as well, with a thickness of 40 microns per layer. The amount of paint applied per layer is 200 g/m2, and the total thickness should be no less than 160 microns.
Is it really possible to just paint it without providing any insulation?
