The basic salary plus bonus for moderators in January is 400 wealth units, with a maximum of 1000 wealth units; outstanding moderators receive additional rewards in the form of prestige points. The details regarding bonuses are as follows: According to the site administrator’s instructions, ordinary, qualified moderators receive a bonus of 400 wealth units, those who perform well receive a bonus of 400–1000 wealth units, while outstanding moderators (no more than 3) receive 1000 wealth units plus 1 prestige point, plus an additional 1–20 charm points. Moderators who do not meet the requirements receive no extra points; those who fail to communicate effectively should be removed from their positions. Payment rules: 1. The basic salary plus bonus amounts to 400 wealth units; if the total bonus is less than 200, it will be paid out as 100 units. For those who carry out management tasks 10 times or fewer, the bonus is 300 wealth units. 2. Moderators whose bonus exceeds 1000 wealth units receive an additional 20 charm points and 1 prestige point. Those with a wealth level of 900–999 receive an additional +20 to their charm score. Managers whose bonuses fall between 500–899 receive an additional +10 to their charm score ； 4.
