Dear sea friends, what is a blind corner in pipes?
Simply put, it refers to those areas within the pipeline where the fluid does not flow when there is fluid passing through
The cecum is the same as in humans; the fluid there doesn’t flow well!
If it’s a water pipeline, anti-freezing measures need to be considered in cold weather
The cecum is particularly problematic during pipeline acid cleaning and purging, as it cannot be dealt with effectively; it should be avoided as much as possible in pipeline design and installation. It must be identified during the three inspections and four verifications, otherwise it will be too late once operations start
