Getting ready to drive, but the catalyst isn’t available yet; it seems to be part of an old design. Generally, the catalyst scheme is determined first, and then the heat exchanger is selected based on the inlet and outlet temperatures at each stage specified in that catalyst scheme, in order to ensure thermal balance during the conversion process.
The company that will install the catalyst has already arranged it for us; we’re just waiting for the right time to carry out the installation. As for the other auxiliary materials, the company’s management said to prepare them first. However, we have no experience in this field, so we would like to ask everyone: how much of these auxiliary materials are generally needed for a 150,000-ton pyrite processing system?
