What is the current salary level for process engineers in China? My friend earns 4,000 per month at the design institute, plus a bonus for 2 months at the end of the year.
The salary of process engineers varies greatly depending on the type of enterprise and its profitability, but an excellent process engineer generally earns no less than 5,000 yuan per month
I earn 2,000 per month, plus a bonus equal to one month’s salary at the end of the year. I’ve been graduated for 1 year; I don’t have anything else
My friend works at Hangzhou Tianzheng Design Institute; he has been there for about ten years now, and his monthly salary is around 8,000 yuan.
The monthly basic salary is 3,000; bonuses depend on production levels, ranging from over 10,000 per month in good times to 600 in low times.:)
I guess the difference isn’t significant; the market will balance itself out.
Monthly income of 6,000, Shanghai – just enough to cover basic needs
A year-end bonus of 200 yuan – be satisfied with that
