What are the methods for testing heat exchangers for leaks? Can I open it and take a look?
This post was last edited by Shan Qiong Shui Jin on 2011-2-8 00:13. There are many methods such as pressure testing, using soapy water to check for air leaks, detecting ammonia leaks, and helium leaks; yet for minor leaks, no effective methods can be found, so one has to rely on experience and luck.
