The low-voltage motor protector uses an MC800 series intelligent controller, which outputs DC24V for the on/off control of the motor at the site. Why does it start automatically frequently during operation?
A few suggestions: 1. First, check whether there is an interlock self-start circuit in the loop to rule out this possibility； 2. If it does not start automatically due to interlock mechanisms, and instead starts on its own in the standby mode, this indicates that there is some interference in that circuit. The following measures can be taken: a. The on/off control circuit for the motor on-site should be connected directly to the motor’s control circuit, without going through a motor controller ； b. The motor control circuit should use 220V instead of 24V, which can improve interference resistance ； c. Use shielded cables and ensure proper grounding in accordance with the specifications.
