On the heat loss from the heating furnace to the reactor inlet

The reactor system in this installation uses fixed-bed reactors. The distance from one set of heaters to the reactor inlet is around 10 meters (the pipeline distance is not a straight line); roughly speaking, the heat loss is between 20°C and 25°C. The distance from another set of heaters to the reactor inlet is about 4 meters, with heat loss within 10°C. I would like to know whether such levels of heat loss are within an acceptable range, and if there are any suggestions to minimize heat loss as much as possible. I also want to know what insulation measures are used in similar installations. Thank you
Here, the insulation used is ultra-fine glass wool + black plastic sheeting + 0.5 mm thick galvanized iron sheet. Moreover, insulation has been applied to the flange at the exit of the heating furnace, as well as to the flange at the entrance of the reactor and to the reactor’s own flanges. If we still need to reduce heat loss further with these measures in place, I really don’t know what else to do
