It’s the New Year, and I’d like to sign up for some further training to improve myself, enrich my skills, and meet more people. Do you have any recommendations? It would be best if it could be somewhat helpful for future work; I’m currently working on process design.

If the original poster has not used Aspen, they might want to learn it; it can effectively improve calculation efficiency for those in the field of process design. Yanshan Petrochemical in Beijing offers training courses on a regular basis, and I’ve been there – it was quite good. For other professional aspects, one has to rely on self-study through work; training doesn’t yield much effect
