There are no direct steel pipes available; the best option at present is up to 1200. It’s not possible unless a high-temperature resistant lining is used
The boiling point of pure iron is 1492 degrees
The internal temperature in the cracking furnace of ethylene plants is generally around 1500 degrees. The furnace tubes used are usually made of ND steel, a material capable of withstanding such high temperatures. It is recommended that the person in question check the data provided by relevant manufacturers, and consider using tubes made of this material

There are materials that can withstand 1500 degrees, but they are not steel. The current limit for high-temperature steel is 1250 degrees; other materials or linings could be considered
25/20 is at most around 950 degrees I guess
It is best to choose materials in the 25-35 or 28-48 range; the long-term operating temperature of 2520 cannot reach 1200°C~ Thank you all! ! !
The maximum operating temperature for 25-35 is 1050 degrees Celsius; when selecting a material, its creep limit, endurance limit, temper brittleness, thermal brittleness, and other temperature-related properties must be taken into account.
There is no steel grade that can be used to produce tubes when operating at high temperatures of 1500 degrees for extended periods; it is likely that such tubes use some kind of inner lining. You could ask companies that have worked on similar projects – they might know something about this.
I wonder if superalloy steel can meet that requirement?
