The higher the temperature, the greater the space-time yield will be. The amount of off-gas is not large, and the CO content at the inlet of the synthesis tower does not exceed 11.5%. Try not to mention the temperature. Generally, increase the pressure by 0.05 MP each time, and observe for a few days. Then decide whether to increase the pressure again.
Increase the pressure when the CO conversion rate declines; raise the steam pressure in the drum by 0.1 MPa each time, and try not to increase the pressure as long as the production load can be maintained. As the operating temperature of the catalyst increases, its activity gradually decreases.
