This post was last edited by sunjl1981 on 2013-1-6 at 20:40. After winter set in, the P216 pressure transmitter often stops working due to chloride crystal formation. We have removed the elbow before the pressure gauge and insulated it with thermal insulation material, but this problem still occurs frequently; it happened again this morning – the chlorine pressure at the tank end increased by 4 kMP, yet the P216 showed no response. As a result, we had to manually open the PIC216 gradually, using the pressure difference at the tank end as a reference. What exactly is the reason? Is it that the instrument itself is of poor quality? ， ， -
