For example, I was involved in the design of a delayed coking unit with an annual capacity of 1.2 million tons. In that project, the client requested that ready-made connectors not be used. Apart from the alloy pipes, the unit has been in operation for 5 years now without any problems.
Every time we do it, the materials department provides us with a \"branch pipe connection sheet\". It will specify the connection methods for different pipe diameters at each grade.
