We’re now in the later stages of the project. I’m feeling a lot of pressure—there’s little time left, yet there are still many tasks to complete. Fellow teammates, please give me some encouragement!
With current projects all competing for deadlines and a small workforce facing heavy workloads, it’s understandable, but safety must come first! Remember, remember
The later stages of a project are often crucial, as at this point people tend to become relatively complacent. Therefore, it’s necessary to remind everyone that neither progress, quality, nor safety should be taken lightly
I’m also here to cheer you on. Besides what was mentioned above, you should also pay attention to organizing and collecting materials. We handle everything from the initial stage of project construction to production management, and after the project is completed, it is common for important documents to be missing.
Everything said upstairs is correct; in the later stages of a project, special attention should be paid to organizing the documents.
From my own experience, I often find it troublesome to document certain things that seem rather tedious. As a result, when I need to use that information later on, it takes me several days to gather the necessary data from other departments. Therefore, it’s essential to prepare all important materials in advance
Be sure to check for any items that may have been overlooked, to prevent situations where small components needed for certain instruments are not purchased or cannot be installed. Generally, these items have a long procurement time, and such issues occur repeatedly in many projects
Has the deadline for the three inspections and four verifications already arrived for the poster? Now that it’s the final stage, extra caution is needed; we mustn’t let all the previous efforts go to waste due to safety issues.
