Reaction temperature issues in the hydrofining reactor and the hydrodewaxing reactor

This post was last edited by fengdingwen on 2011-2-11 at 11:12. The hydrogenation reactors in our unit are a refining reactor and a hydrodesulfurization reactor. The problems existing in current operation are as follows: 1) The temperature of the outlet pipeline of the refining reactor is lower than the temperature at the lowest point of the bed layer in the reactor； 2) The temperature of the outlet pipeline of the hydrogen-cooled dew point depressor reactor is higher than the temperature at the lowest point of the lower bed layer of the reactor ； Why is this?

Reply to 2# Sharp Spirit [/b] The question in question is why the temperature measured on the outlet pipeline of the reactor does not match the temperature measured at the bottom layer of the catalyst. For example, the temperatures at the three points in the bottom layer of the refining reactor were 282.95, 284.68, and 283.10 respectively, while the temperature on the outlet pipeline was 282.05； The three temperatures at the bottom bed of the anticoagulation reactor were 347.13, 348.57, and 347.26, while the temperature in the outlet pipeline was 349.59.
